Meet Yoshi from OTF South Anchorage! 🧡 When his daughter suggested he try OTF, he jumped in to stay in shape — and to stay far away from the doctor’s office as he gets older. 👏

Welcome to week 6 of the Minnesota Road Trip Challenge. After six weeks, you may start to feel a little sore or stiff. No problem. We are here to help. This week's focus is recovery. Here are 5 reasons stretching, especially after class, is important to help you recover.
