Each session is individualized to meet your needs and your needs that particular day. Every session starts with a check-in. How you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally is important to this work. The different therapies and tools offered by The Sole Woman make her an excellent facilitator. She uses various approaches depending on your needs - the medical approach, the energetic approac

Classes are now being offered that include Chi Gong, Toing, Violet Flame Incantations, Music, Mudras, These programs are held in the sacred garden with the Flower of Life and star of David geometric shapes. These are powerful sacred geometric shapes that affect your Mer Ka Ba- your light body. THey help to raise your vibration as do all the different elements of the program.

Today as I led a meditation, I chanted: The universe is within me and I AM within the universe.
The image of the Vesica Pisces ( more visible here in the 2nd image) arose as I felt the Interconnectedness, the Oneness, where the two become One.
The Vesica Pisces is a shape formed by two overlapping circles, and sometimes referred to as the Eye of God.
What looks like petals of a flower in the full image of the Flower of Life ( 1st image) is the Vesica Pisces.

Notice also the spiral in the 1st image, interweaving spiraling energy radiating through our chakra system is the sensation many experienced in an Aura meditation class last evening.
