Our President & CEO, Cindy Clark, spoke with First Alert 4 about the serious impact the SNAP benefits pause will have on both our clients and Missourians across the region.

Cindy shared how many adults with developmental disabilities rely on SNAP to afford food and how Emmaus is working with partners to help fill the gap during this crisis. Watch below 👇

Driving Accessibility Forward! 💙

Emmaus is proud to partner with the Missouri Department of Transportation to provide accessible vehicles that meet the transportation needs of individuals with disabilities.

Together, we’re helping create a more inclusive community — where everyone has the freedom to go where they want, when they want.

Emmaus Homes, Inc., plans to apply for a federally funded accessible vehicle to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in Warren County. Did you know that 75 percent of Emmaus clients and 650,000 Missourians could lose SNAP benefits this November if Congress does not act? This is more than a policy issue. It is a hunger crisis that threatens the health and stability of people with disabilities and families across our state.

Emmaus will never let our clients go hungry, but we cannot do this alone. We need your voice. We have created an easy-to-use form to contact your elected officials. You can also donate down below. Take action today. Hunger cannot wait. Click the link below👇
