We obsess over workouts, PRs, miles, and macros…
But flexibility? Range of motion?

That’s one of the five core components of fitness:

• Cardiorespiratory (aerobic) fitness
• Muscular strength
• Muscular endurance
• Flexibility
• Body composition

If you’re building strength without maintaining mobility, you’re literally training your body to move in a smaller and smaller range.

Stretch. Recover. Open the hips. Lengthen the lats. Let your nervous system breathe.

Because performance isn’t just about how much you can lift, it’s about how well you can move.
