🎉 Milestone Moment for Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation! 🎉

We are proud to share an important achievement for Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation. Just two and a half years into our organization’s journey, this facility has completed a rigorous 10-week process focused on developing, outlining, and showcasing the quality initiatives and outcomes that define their care.

This work was submitted for review by the American Health Care Association as part of the Bronze Quality Award program, the first step in a three-level pathway toward excellence in care and operations.

This accomplishment reflects months of preparation, dedication beyond regular hours, honest self-reflection, and a commitment to transparency and growth. It speaks to a team willing to challenge themselves, strengthen their systems, and continuously improve for the residents and families they serve.

We applaud the Administrators and their teams for committing to this journey, holding themselves to a higher standard, and successfully completing their application and submission this week.
Most importantly, this is just the beginning. As Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation moves forward, the focus now turns to continued progress and the journey toward Silver and Gold, with quality and compassion guiding the way. 💙

Dear Residents and Families,

With winter weather anticipated this weekend, we would like to update you on the steps in place to maintain the safety and comfort of both our residents and staff members.

We have taken proactive measures to ensure adequate staffing by scheduling both regular and contingency team members across all departments. Members of the management team will also be present onsite throughout the weekend. If weather conditions impact travel, transportation will be arranged using four-wheel-drive vehicles. In the event that travel becomes unsafe, accommodations have been secured for staff to remain onsite for the duration of the storm. At this time, staffing is not a concern and staffing levels are strong and sufficient.

Our center is fully prepared with ample food, water, medications, and essential supplies to meet the needs of residents and staff. Critical systems are supported by an emergency generator, including heating, medical equipment, kitchen operations, and emergency lighting. Additional preparedness measures include flashlights and lanterns, backup call systems, and supplemental medical equipment such as portable oxygen.

Throughout the storm, our team’s highest priority will be the safety and immediate care needs of our residents. Please note that this may result in slower response times to incoming phone calls.

If an emergency arises that requires immediate family notification, both onsite and offsite team members are ready to promptly reach out to families.

Thank you for your continued confidence and partnership. Our dedicated staff remains committed to providing compassionate, attentive care to your loved ones—especially during challenging conditions.
