People First of St. Charles

People First is a self-advocacy organization run by and for adults with developmental disabilities. WHAT IS PEOPLE FIRST? People First of St.

Charles promotes equality for people with disabilities so they can be included as they so choose in the community. PEOPLE FIRST MEMBERS ARE SELF-ADVOCATES WHO:

• Teach and empower people with developmental disabilities to understand their rights and responsibilities and to speak up for themselves.

• Support members in living the life they want with the supports they need.

• Advocate for commu

nity services that allow all people to have choices and control over their supports and lives.

• Create change in communities to ensure opportunity and full, meaningful participation for all people. People First Language

Chicken N Pickle has adaptive pickleball practice
on the first Monday of every month! The next one is July 7th from 6-8pm!
People First Members can ask for rides for this specific night.

They have food and drink deals as well so bring cash with you if that is something of interest!
