"My treatment at ABChiropractic began on the physical therapy side with Dr. Katie. After 4 years of chronic neck pain - which included working with three other chiropractors, several massage therapists, acupuncture, and purchasing countless tools and devices to use at home in hopes of finding relief - I had come to terms with the idea that I'd always have some level of pain and tension in my neck. Dr. Katie recommended dry needling as part of my treatment. While initially a little hesitant, I was wildly encouraged by the amount of relief I felt after just one treatment.
