We're off and "running" this Saturday morning. Come join us at 8am at the Page Bridge (Hwy 364) for a walk, jog, run.

15 minutes out, 15 minutes back so we all start and end around the same time. Invite friends. Now that it's warmer, I want to get participation up a little bit. We won't do every week but I'm thinking every couple of weeks! It's fun!

We take a progress photo every day. Below is October 25th, vs. Today (December 3rd). Progress is slow but noticeable over time. We have no cheat meals, no treat meals, no desserts, we track our macro nutrient count EVERY day by weighing out foods, tracking everything that goes into our mouth, and tracking every calorie. We drink a minimum of a gallon of water per day. We engage in at least 2 workouts per day, 45 minutes minimum for each, one of which is outdoors. EVERY DAY, RAIN OR SHINE. We both have very busy jobs and have kids to tend to as well. We also read at least 10 pages of personal development a day too. So, what will you do to boost your health tomorrow? What can you add on that will make you stronger or better than you were today?

Don't know where to start on your fitness journey but feel you MUST make a change? Let me help. I'm a certified personal trainer looking to help others learn the basics of training at home with body weight or whatever equipment you have, as well as weaning yourself off of processed foods that lack nutritional value. Interested?

-Machine Flys 75 x 10, 90 x 8, 100 x 6
-Bent Arm Pullovers 30 x 10 x 2 sets
-Incline Dumbbell Press 30s x 12, 40s x 10 52.5s x 8 with drop 40 x 8
-Banded Underhand Pull/Press x 10 x 3 sets
-Incline Pushups (not decline) 10R x 3 sets

COOL DOWN:
Band Back Press (super light bands)
Arm Circles
Rear Clasp/Chest Opener

☄ Our thinking is fundamentally flawed. It's not us that are flawed. It's our brains. We all have scars, stretch marks, bumps, bruises, mistakes, errors in judgement, etc. We have ALL done things we aren't proud of. Most people overlook our flaws. Why can't we?

Chest and Triceps today. Still in the build phase because I have yet to plateau. I feel like I'm making strength and size gains almost every workout cycle. The size is negligible (only see it in the pump) but the strength is definitely happening. I'm happy with the progress and the nutrition is rock solid other than our treat day!

Body Beast Build Legs. I skipped the stiff-legged deadlifts because I added them into yesterday! I busted through it with adequately timed breaks for the correct duration and maximized my time under tension for optimal results in the shortest period of time allowable with this workout. I don't use the video anymore because there is too much down time with talking. (I call it vocal fluff). 🤣🤣
