Being rooted doesn’t mean life won’t shake you.
It means when the winds come, you know where your foundation is.

Roots grow in hidden places.
No applause. No rush. No visibility.
Yet they determine everything about what eventually shows above the surface.

When you root yourself in the Fruits of the Spirit;
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control -
you’re choosing to be anchored in God rather than in circumstances.

Growth in God isn’t forced.
It’s formed through surrender.
It’s choosing to abide even when nothing feels like it’s changing.

Sometimes God is doing His deepest work where no one can see it.
Strengthening your character.
Realigning your heart.
Preparing you to bear fruit in the right season.

So stay planted.
Stay faithful in the small, quiet moments.
Trust that what God is growing in you will emerge exactly when it’s meant to.

Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him.

It may seem like you’re struggling with a relationship, a career shift, or a life change, but the real battle might be happening within. Sometimes it’s your flesh and your spirit wrestling as God pulls you into deeper alignment with Him.

Your Mental Health Tip of the Day today is a reminder to smile! There is power and ministry in your smile! Your smile may be the very piece of hope that someone needed to come across today to remind them that there is happiness still available to them in their world of turmoil. Your smile may be a reminder to yourself of the grace and victory for all that could have gone wrong, but there is a testimony in your story! When challenging thoughts, feelings or experiences happen to you today, I challenge you to find the nearest mirror and smile. Invite the feelings you desire into your heart, spirit and environment. You've got this and I LOVE YOUR SMILE!
