Tip #1 for a 🎉better new year:

That 2-3pm hour is tough when going through this!

Dragging through the morning, followed by an afternoon slump, only to catch a second wind in the evening can be caused by a number of things, but it is usually nutrition.
Too many carbohydrates + sugars with very little fiber and protein set you up for low energy levels when you need it most.
Many people "catch up" by dinner, and are then more fueled into the evening hours. Making it worse-bright light from device use later, in the hours before attempting to fall sleep disrupting

Aim for more protein and fiber earlier and break the cycle.

Stop screen time at least an hour before bed and you'll notice that sleep improves as well as cognitive function during your busy days!
