This patient is 12 weeks post Mommy Makeover and chose a Breast Implant Exchange, Breast Lift, and a Tummy Tuck.
Pregnancy and motherhood can lead to lasting changes in the body - especially in the breasts and abdomen. It’s common to see stretched skin, shifts in breast volume and position, and separation of the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti). As a surgeon, I always try to prepare patients for the physical recovery, but the emotional side is just as real, and just as important.

“I had very unrealistic expectations for recovery. I really thought I would binge watch Netflix for 1-2 days and then have perfect b***s. WRONG.

I cried all day post-op day 4-7. I felt like my b***s were huge, massive. I thought I looked ridiculous. I thought I went too big. I was so swollen. I told my husband I was not going back to work or leaving the house🫣😂
