We are delighted to announce our new Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Saba Khokhar, MD!
Dr. Saba Khokhar, MD, is a dual board-certified physician licensed in Massachusetts and Arizona, specializing in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease Medicine for adult and geriatric populations.
She completed her medical education in Pakistan and graduated in 2001, followed by a residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit, which she finished in 2010. Dr. Khokhar then achieved Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, marking her first board certification.
After her residency, she pursued a fellowship at St. John Hospital and Medical Center (now called Henry Ford St. John Hospital), which she finished in 2013. That same year, Dr. Khokhar earned her second Board Certification in Infectious Disease Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Khokhar is passionate about her patients and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care that is equitable and judgment-free. Her professional goals focus on developing personalized, patient-centered care that is accessible to all. She values building trustworthy relationships with her patients, fostering a safe environment to advocate for their health and well-being.
Outside or work, Dr. Khokhar enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her family, and being a “foodie,” trying foods from different cultures.
