We offer DOT federal urine collection/alcohol breathalyzer for: pre employment, random, suspicious reasons, post accident and return to work. We also provide urgent care needs accepting insurance and self pay. We treat infections, skin conditions, employment physicals, tb testing, non DOT drug screening. Labs we are affiliated with Quest, Labcorp, Aegis and Medtox.
