The Tempus Unlimited Adult Foster Care Program is a MassHealth, One Care or Senior Care Options (SCO), All Inclusive Care for Elders (PACE), or Community Case Management (CCM) funded program for individuals 16 years of age or older who need assistance with activities of daily living provided by a live-in caregiver. Care management and nursing oversight is provided through Tempus Unlimited's Adult Foster Care team.

Support from a caregiver may include:
Active supervision and/or assistance to ensure the memberโ€™s health and
well-being.
Physical assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility or eating.
Medication reminders, scheduling and provision of transportation to appointments.

Our AFC Program is currently helping 140 families living at home. ๐Ÿ

This past weekend, Tempus Unlimited had the pleasure of joining the Worcester Railers for their Community Corner program, which highlights local nonprofits and gives them a chance to share their mission with the community. We were thrilled to receive complimentary tickets so that families in our programs and staff could enjoy the game! To top everything off, the Railers won in overtime!
