Born and raised in South Africa, Jo is a regular yoga instructor in the BIG APPLE, NYC! 🗽 She's also a professional dancer, performing in live shows and commercial work all around the globe! 🌍 This summer, she's in LA for a few weeks, and we are super excited to welcome her back to share her electric energy at Kefi! ⚡ When you see her on the schedule, make sure to book it! 🧘‍♀️✨

This special class celebrates the FULL BUCK MOON in July with restoration, meditation and sound healing. While the energy of the full moon shines, Angel, Andrea & Mayu will guide you through an unheated restorative 20 minute vinyasa warmup to prepare your body for mediation followed by approachable breathing exercises and affirmations. You will also hone your meditation skills in various restorative postures as your instructors provide comforting adjustments and sound healing through crystal sound bowls, a Grotta Sonora gong forged in the Etruscan cave in the ancient town of Calcata in Italy and Koshi chimes crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains.
