Here’s how to stretch them out and feel better fast:

👉 Try the Figure 4 Stretch:

• Sit upright in a chair

• Cross your right ankle over your left knee

• Gently press down on the right knee

• Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides

👉 Do the Seated Forward Fold:

• Sit on the edge of your chair with feet flat

• Slowly lean forward, reaching toward the floor

• You’ll feel it in your glutes and lower back
