With our political landscape changing and the safety of our health and family systems feeling untethered - now is the time to invest in care and community.

Connecting to others, caring for others, feels heavy when we feel alone and uncared for, ourselves. The shifts that come from parenting can feel that way, especially in the face of social isolation and our own needs not being acknowledged on large scales.

Self-reflection is one of the most empowering and accessible versions of self-care “in the marketplace”😉. Practicing self-reflection with a kind, empathic leader, amongst a strong and centered community can be life altering.

We want you to know that the strength that lies in parents is impactful, important and meaningful. The strength that lies in you, MATTERS.

Come join (virtually, from the comfort of your home, with babes in arms or seeking solitude from your bed), while they lead you through a journaling experience that is sure to support your process.

4 week series, but each session is individualized so you can attend whichever you are able to…seeking a discount for multiple or need cost reduction, let us know.

is back at “work” after experiencing birth and a deep postpartum transformation and in true Melinda form, she’s taking her experience and wisdom and gracing our community with a breath work and optional cold plunge event next weekend at . This event is bound to be full of wisdom, integration and revelation.

Bring your whole self, your baby, a carrier (if you wish), bathing suit and towel for the cold plunge (also optional) and every damn emotion you have built up through your birthing and postpartum experience.

Today was the first day of classes outside of our first “home”.

I was feeling off-center walking into a new space, and just like that, our community had our backs. When I saw this welcome board, (which I’m sure was for the clients) I instantly teared up and felt held.

The space at is so welcoming, peaceful and collaborative, we are so incredibly grateful to be invited to share this garden patio with and .

We were flowing…we were growing…and we were ready for it all to … fall into place …

And then…

Our building was being worked on, and the incessant leaks, noise, unsafe environmental factors and negative actions by our landlords pushed us in a direction we hadn’t planned for.

The universe stopped us and reminded us that comfort is almost always temporary, but it is rarely inaccessible if you know where to find it.

We have put all trust into each other and into our community that the vision for Fireside Sanctuary is bigger than the 4 walls that we’ve called “home” for a year now.

We moved out today.

We are deep-feeling beings and this is a season full of feels, so please excuse us for the late notice, the introversion and the safe-keeping of our energy these past couple months.

It is coming with an incredible amount of anguish, confusion and fear…but those are all wrapped up in love, deep appreciation, gratitude and trust that what is to come is…right.

While we transition, we promise to keep you updated (now that we’ve officially cut our cord).

For the month of July, you can find us on beautiful patio for a condensed version of our prenatal and postpartum yoga classes. Please see the last slide for the schedule.

Drop-in rates have decreased to $15!

Childbirth Ed, Family Camp, Yin Restorative and Vinyasa have been postponed until further notice.

Deep appreciation post to come, but for now, we accept all prayers, love and well wishes as we navigate the next steps of this journey.

🌸🍃 Yoni Magic Flow workshop 🍃🌸, taking place this Sunday 6:30-8pm and led by , is composed of holding poses, flowing through movements, and weaving in meditative breath work to bring awareness and focus to your pelvic muscles and the energy stored in the pelvis and hips.

While in this physical practice, we will also tap into the spiritual and emotional connection we have with the energy of our yonis, uncovering potential blockages and channeling this energy toward self-healing and manifesting what we want in our lives.
