I was referred to Dr. David A. Bray Jr. by my Primary Care Doctor.When I received his information, I looked at is website.I found another patient, with my same issue! Her before and after photos were impressive!Previous to meeting with Dr. Bray Jr., I had done consultations, with other physicians, for this same surgery.I trust my own intuition. In prior situations, I just didn't feel motivated to move ahead before. I liked that Dr. Bray Jr. took his time. I felt he took my case very seriously. I also didn't feel that I was being sold something! I knew my health was the most important part of my whole surgery!! I felt at ease, confident and motivated to schedule my surgery.After doing my first consultation, I knew Dr. Bray Jr. was my guy!!Rose is his fantastic Patient Coordinator/ Manager. She is great with keeping patients on track and aware of every step!Christina is the efficient and sweet Medical Assistant.My personal experience of the whole process has been amazing!I'm so happy and grateful for everything! I'm in the first week of my healing and I can say it has been super smooth!I would encourage anyone, who wants to improve themselves, to meet with Dr.Bray Jr. and his great staff! I'm truly so happy with my outcome!!

Dr. Bray is the best! The results of my deep plane face lift and platysmaplasty have exceeded my expectations! My face is rejuvenated, and the laxity in my neck is gone. To provide you with background information: I had a previous lower facelift (SMAS) with Dr. Bray in 2010. At the time, age 50, I was showing the early signs of aging (jowl formation and saggy skin). That facelift was everything that I could ask for; my face returned to its youthful shape. The facelift lasted 12 solid years! Fast forward to 2022-2023, I noticed that my face and neck were sagging, and I was not happy with my appearance. Since Dr. Bray did my previous surgery, I had no worries about him performing the second operation. The deep plane facelift was performed this time and the platysmaplasty was a must at this point to address the neck laxity and to reacquire the neck and chin definition. Dr. Bray also performed minor liposuction to further refine the chin and mouth area. I am very happy!

I have been seeing Dr. Bray Jr. for 12 years now for Botox and then gradually filer over the years. I saw multiple doctors for my Botox and it was always too heavy and then Dr. Bray came strongly recommend by a friend so I transferred to him and he worked with me to get the balance just perfect! I will never trust anyone else with my face. I asked him years ago please dont let me look fake just keep me looking youthful and he has done just that and very gradually. Over the years we have added very natural filler to replace the natural volume lost in my face as I age. He is very honest and conservative with his recommendations and I really trust him. I love Dr. Bray and his staff is awesome too! He is a great person and always so nice to talk to and takes his time I never feeling rushed. I started with him preventively in my early 30s and he has helped me age and feel really confident in my appearance and aging. I will never see anyone else! I have recommended him to over a handful of friends and family over the years and they too see him consistently and love him. I also get many complements that I look younger (late 30s) then my age of 46 and its all thanks to Dr. Bray and staff!

Dr. Bray is the best. He did my Botox and fillers before my wedding and I was so pleased with the results. He also performed my rhinoplasty a few years ago. I will definitely come back to Dr. Bray for all future cosmetic work.

I highly recommend Dr. Bray as I am extremely impressed with his skill, professionalism, and high quality customer service.From my first consultation appointment, Dr. Bray thoroughly explained the procedure (lower face and neck lift), what would be done, his suggestions and recommendations, what to expect, and left no question of mine unanswered.His staff are friendly, supportive, helpful, and also very professional. Dr. Bray allowed me to make an appointment as often as I wanted to so I could address concerns. He was easily accessible and I never felt like I had to figure out postoperative care on my own. Overall, my experience with Dr. Bray and his staff was nothing but great. From day one, up on until now, three months postoperatively, I felt supported and heard. Not to mention the results! Thank you.

Dr. Bray was referred by my dermatologist. I wasn't sure I wanted to have surgery but Dr Bray explained what was going on with my aging face and the procedure to fix it. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and sincere. I was still nervous but he was so thorough pre operatively checking my medical history I felt very comfortable going in. The anesthesiologist and nurse who worked with him during the surgery were also fabulous. The surgery and recovery went really well and the results exceeded my expectations. I am 66 and had a lower face and neck lift; I was starting to look like an old lady even though I wasn't feeling like it.Dr Bray did what he said he was going to do and I am very happy that I did this.

I had a great experience with Dr. Bray for my rhinoplasty. From the get go he was very receptive to my questions and concerns, and provided me with excellent care throughout the process. His staff are also fabulous and so friendly, and always willing to provide answers and help any way they can. I'm so happy with my new nose, Dr.Bray really listened to what I was looking for and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I look like the best version of myself, and he was careful to ensure that the essence of my looks didn't change with the procedure. I really couldn't recommend Dr.Bray enough!

I wanted to share my experience with breast augmentation by Dr. David Bray Jr at Beach Cities Plastic Surgery. It's been 10 years!! And after 2 pregnancies and breastfeeding I am so beyond thrilled, happy, impressed on how intact and perky, soft, even! They look ! If I could leave these implants in forever - I would because that's how happy I am with them. He's amazing!!! His work is perfection! He's the nicest and so is his staff ! I will definitely be returning to him to put in a fresh pair of implants for safety reason because every (6-10 years you should check on them/ replace) but trust me if I could leave them in- I would !! Love them! I hope this helps you with your decision and wishing everyone a beautiful and speedy recovery!
