Even though I only have 1 hand right now, I wanted to pull the "message of the day".. enjoy it on this beautiful Saturday.
Today is about accepting help. For some people it is so hard to allow people to help, or to even acknowledge that we need help (ummm definitely something I need to hear today!), however when we are honest with ourselves and when we have an understanding on our own limits, then help will come unexpectedly. It may not be the help from those you expected, but from those who will come forward just because you are now open to receiving the help you need.
Be open; be vulnerable and allow others to help and care for you.. you deserve it.
