Venice Family Clinic is a leader in providing comprehensive, high-quality primary health care to people in need. In November 2021, Venice Family Clinic and South Bay Family Health Care merged, combining more than a century of experience and expanding the scope and comprehensiveness of its services to 45,000 patients and to people without care stretching from the Santa Monica Mountains through the South Bay. The Clinic now has 17 locations in Venice, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Inglewood, Culver City, Redondo Beach, Carson, Gardena and Hawthorne plus two mobile clinics and an expansive street medicine program for people experiencing homelessness. We provide integrated care by creating a one-stop health system that offers multiple services, often at the same locations and same time as primary care appointments. These services include dental care, substance use treatment, mental health services, vision services, child development services, health education, prescription medications, domestic violence counseling, HIV services, health insurance enrollment and more.

We are excited to share that the merging of Venice Family Clinic and South Bay Family Health Care is officially complete. We are now one unified organization, operating by the name Venice Family Clinic. We are committed to providing our patients – 45,000 in all, spanning from the Santa Monica Mountains through the South Bay – with the quality primary care and comprehensive services they need and deserve.

and South Bay Family Health Care have been longtime allies in the fight to overcome health care disparities that impact our patients and our communities. Each organization has been an anchor in its community for more than 50 years, providing quality health care to patients without regard to their income, insurance or immigration status.

We stand united, a team of more than 500 staff and 1,400 volunteers, reaffirming our dedication to finding new ways to provide care for the people we serve and our commitment to delivering that care with compassion, dignity and respect.
