Hello Everyone, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I want to share my gratitude for you and your commitment to your health and wellness. Reiki has been a blessing in my life & I hope it has been in yours as well.

I am so excited that I will be in a New Office! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, my current office, Treat Better, will be shutting down and I’ll be bringing my practice over to a beautiful integrative wellness center in Manhattan Beach, called Heal Eastwest, at the beginning of December.

I absolutely love this new office and I think all of you will too. The space allows me to continue to grow my practice and offer new workshops, like our Winter Workshop* Looking forward to seeing you all in the new space 💖

Reiki is a form of energy healing that works towards bringing holistic wellness by connecting the layers of the body, mind & soul, with its gentle flow of love and light. It is a non-intrusive method of energy healing available to all ages. It can be done in-person or by distance. In my practice, I have an optional crystal add on. I intuitively choose crystals specific for your needs and many clients have found that it enhances their Reiki experience 💖
