And sometimes it’s not about starting over.
It’s about adjusting.

For her, it wasn’t effort. She’s always shown up.
It was figuring out what actually works best for HER body.

So we switched it up.

Different structure.
Different rhythm.
More intention with her training.

With also layered group workouts at GETFIT to enhance the results, that combination hit different.

This is exactly why having a goal matters.

Because when you have a target, you move different.
When you have someone holding you accountable, you don’t slack.

Anybody can “try.”

EIGHTY. SEVEN. POUNDS.

And now she’s only⬇️

–12.2lbs away from –100lbs.

That’s a HUGE deal.
Life changing type of milestone.

Goal is to hit it by the end of March or maybe sooner 👀

And I’m not even gonna lie, I might cry when we get there 😭

Because this journey hasn’t been easy.

I’ve watched you be superwoman every single week.

Full time job.
Taking care of your daughter.
Showing up for your mom.
Life pulling you in every direction.

Yet still⬇️

You show up.
You worked out.
Stayed locked in 🔒

No excuses.
Just adjustments.

Jasmine and I train twice a week.

I’ll handle my part, you handle yours.

My job?
Hold you accountable.
Push you in these workouts.
Make sure you don’t slack.

Her job?
Dial in the 80% Nutrition, steps, daily habits.

Because the gym is only 2 hours a week.
What you do outside matters more.

And she’s been locked in 🔐

No missed sessions.
No excuses.
Just showing up and doing the work.

The last 2 months have been phenomenal.

Now we got a birthday coming up 🎉
So we’re not slowing down.

Goal is another –10lbs by March 20th 👀
