The 2025 SEEDS Conference was an incredible day of learning, connection, and planting the seeds of change for mental health in Arizona. This year, we’re Elevating Change in Treatment, Systems, and Populations. With your support, we will address stigma, strengthen policies, and connect individuals and communities to crucial life-saving resources.

We’re so grateful to every speaker, board member, sponsor, exhibitor, and attendee who made this event a success. Your commitment to equity, education, and advocacy is what keeps this movement growing.

Let’s keep the conversation going, keep showing up for one another, and continue cultivating a stronger, healthier community—together. 💚

The Mental Health America (MHA) Bell, also known as the Bell of Hope, was cast in 1953 from chains and shackles that were once used to restrain people with mental illnesses.

"Cast from shackles which bound them, this bell shall ring out hope for the mentally ill and victory over mental illness".

To see and touch this bell is so powerful. We can continue to learn from history and the terrible past people experienced. It's also important to understand that shackles still exist, in other forms and we are here to continue to help people escape them.
