Doing and Being... How do you find the balance of both in order to live a values-based life?
Do-er's are action-based, getting things done and checking off the lists; while being is a state of presence. Doing is part of our personality, while being takes us to the depths of our soul. We often embody one over the other, yet both are equally important in living in soundness.
Being is nurturing the soul from the time spent doing. As we embrace soundness, we heal from the constant expectation to do, through mindful living and just being.
