Such a solid Womenโs Day collaboration, using the power of yoga as a complement to distance running.
We applied mobility, recovery, and intentional movement into a space built on consistency and drive.
The energy was high, the bodies were ready, and the shift was noticeable.
Slowing things down.
Opening key areas.
Introducing smarter ways to support the work being done outside the room.
Hips softened.
Ankles woke up.
Spines decompressed.
Breath settled the pace.
Simple mobility with real impact โ the kind that helps you move cleaner, recover faster, and stay in the game longer.
Loved sharing space with a community that values showing up, supporting one another, and staying committed to feeling better in their bodies.
