“Why am I not seeing results?” 😭

Because you’ve started 4 different programs in the last 3 weeks. 🫠

❌ Why You Keep Program Hopping:

1. You’re impatient. You want 6-week abs in 6 days. Reality check: you’re not microwave popcorn.

2. Shiny Object Syndrome.
You saw a new “fat-melting” routine on IG. Must be better, right? (It’s not.)

3. You’re bored. Reps feel repetitive…that’s how progress works.

4. You don’t trust the plan.
Spoiler: It’s not the plan—it’s the lack of sticking to it.

5. No clear goal. If you don’t know what you’re chasing, every new workout looks like “the one.”

✅ How to Fix It:

🔥 Pick a solid plan. One built on actual training principles, not TikTok trends.

🧠 Stick with it for 4-6weeks.
Muscles don’t grow in chaos. Give your body time to work its magic.

📊 Track something.
Strength, consistency, how you feel, how your jeans fit—not just the scale.

🎯 Train for mastery.
Biceps and buttd grow when they’re challenged, not when they’re constantly confused.

Bottom line…
Your body needs consistency, not constant novelty.

Results come from doing the boring stuff really well.

Do I enjoy being sore after workouts? Yea, I do at times.Does your workout soreness solely equate to “that must have been a GREAT workout!”Absolutely not.Soreness is NOT a marker for muscle growth and fat loss. To grow and change the tissues is your body (hypertrophy), other factors come into play…👍Progressive overload, nutrition, sleep, tempo and overall tension.👎NOT whether your legs kill you for days while you try to sit on the toilet and poop.You can be sore and make zero progress. You can lose weight and get stronger week after week, and have minimal soreness. Don’t give into the mythical psychological crap.
