I go to take the garbage out at my rental. A lady stops by and says ma’am do you understand the city planted a tree here and there’s a green bag around it and it is not full of water. I didn’t get a tree planted by my house I wish you would please take care of this tree.. 💁🏽‍♀️🤔 I’m so confused. I’ve put 4 pitchers of water in the bag???? Is this a real thing???
