Responsibilities include ability to work with little to no supervision. Ability to prepare and serve a wide range of foods skillfully. Ability to guide and instruct others in food preparation and food serving. Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure. Ability to recognize needs and help others without prompting. Ability to relate and work well with other team members. Maintains acceptable attendance record. Ability to spend long periods on feet. Abides by established policies and procedures of Autumn Park. Always looks for ways to improve team member functioning. Respects resident right and adheres to team member philosophy of resident care. Organizes and utilizes time appropriately; sets priorities to accomplish assigned tasks. Maintaining and attributing to a positive culture for residents and team members. Upholding core values held by our community of respect, integrity, commitment, dependability, and trust.
