Cycle Breaker Series 8: Resistance

The Cycle of Resistance is deeply connected to other trauma related cycles such as hypervigilance and the fear of the unknown. Once we choose to regulate our nervous system and our emotions, we can let go of hypervigilance, our fears, and this sense of resistance in our bodies.
