What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a peaceful experience where you lie or sit comfortably while listening to soothing sounds (like singing bowls, chimes, or gentle tones). The sounds help your body relax, kind of like a “massage” for your nervous system.

What is meditation?
Meditation is simply taking a few quiet minutes to slow down, breathe, and be present. No pressure to “clear your mind” just a chance to pause.
