General information

Location: Lyles-Porter Hall 715 Clinic Dr. West Lafayette, IN 47907 Our facility is located on the corner of University St. and Harrison St., across from Purdue Large Animal Hospital. Please park in the Harrison St. parking garage on the first level. We have designated spots for our SLHS Clinic clients. There are no parking fees for our clients as long as our spots are utilized. Parking elsewhere will be notated as a violation and a ticket will be issued by campus police. Our facility is not liable for these charges.
