Faces and phases of Peaceful Pastures . Before a two week break, we enjoyed a long Walk for Peace.
•
Ever so gently, the energy of the pasture (where we walk) has shifted into its own awakening, and awakening in me a deepening trust that peace is inevitable, always. But it starts with the inward journey - also always.
•
Be gentle with yourself, so you can remain focused on the beautiful vision of humanity that is in the making underneath the noise. We can do it!

Faces and phases of Peaceful Pastures and the Walk for Peace . I was very grateful that my dear friend, was able to join one Monday morning.

Each peaceful walk sets the tone for the week and infuses my ideas, decisions, questions, dreams and actions with a subtle but palpable sense of peace.

And right now, it seems to matter more than ever.

Acceptance does not equal endorsement. Quite the opposite: when you practice accepting yourself and situations in your life, you pause to perceive what exists beyond the narrow "what is"
and step into the potential, whether it's your own or situations involving others.
•
For me, acceptance softens the edges and allows more and more a joyful focus on "what can be."
•
I am far from practicing it consistently, but I am grateful for the invitation I received this week to explore acceptance for myself more frequently and invite you to join me on this exploration.
•

I thoroughly enjoyed another Walk For Peace with Aubrey . After the walk we sit by the fire in her studio with a cup of delicious home made tea from the herbs in her garden.

Every part of it is filled with peace, and each time I realize how simple and easy peace is. Aubrey offers a precious, generous gift by sharing what she has created. I am filled with gratitude for the gift she is! 💝

Thich Nhat Hanh's quote helped me through a rough spot the other day when I realized that "feeling stuck" doesn't have to be a thing.

THANKS TO IMPERMANENCE, EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. So simple and so true. And with that I decided to get right to it and let go of what I ruminated about.
•

A "Walk for Peace" with my dear friend, Aubrey Dietrich at her beautiful and serene today. The intentions are set at the "Peace Portal," and off you walk. I paused frequently. It felt simultaneously calming, centering and invigorating to express and anchor what we wish to express and anchor in this world. May each of you feel peace, acceptance and compassion today and always. ✨💕
