March 6th was employee appreciation day, and while we celebrated our amazing staff all week long, we want to shout our gratitude from the rooftops—because the truth is, one day is never enough to thank the incredible people who make Cumberland Pointe such a special place. Every day, our staff shows up with dedication, compassion, and a genuine love for the residents in our care. Whether it’s a nurse taking extra time to comfort a resident, a dietary team member making a meal feel like home, a housekeeper ensuring every corner sparkles, or our therapy and activities staff creating joy and engagement—each act, big or small, makes a lasting impact.
