Morgan has been a valued part of the Cumberland Pointe team since 2016, and her passion for caring for residents and building meaningful relationships truly shines every day. Healthcare isn’t just her job—it’s where her heart is.
Morgan’s journey with Cumberland Pointe is a true reflection of her dedication and growth. She started as an aide, advanced to QMA, and now serves as a scheduler. Along the way, she has remained incredibly compassionate and has become a trusted mentor to others on the team.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her family and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.

It was such a fun way to recharge—our team had a blast mixing up custom flavors and enjoying a little mid-day sweetness. We truly appreciate the kindness and the great energy you brought to our building today.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a room full of energy and bright smiles! Our residents were moving and grooving during our Synchrony Fit session, and the joy in the room was truly infectious. It’s more than just a workout; it’s about the connection, the music, and that feeling of accomplishment. As they say, when you move your body, you lift your spirit—and their smiles definitely told the whole story today!

✨ Live A Dream Spotlight: Sharon’s Masterpiece ✨
For Sharon, art has always been a lifelong passion, but there was one specific dream she held close to her heart: learning to paint a beautiful landscape. 🎨
We knew we had to make this happen, so we reached out to our wonderful Artful Connections teacher, Julia, to help Sharon find her inner artist. With a little guidance and a lot of inspiration, Sharon traded her "to-do" list for a paintbrush and a palette of possibilities.
Watching her bring a serene scene to life on canvas was truly magical. But the surprises didn't stop there! Because we know Sharon’s love for art goes beyond just one lesson, we surprised her with a custom gift basket brimming with her very own supplies—complete with a canvas and easel so she can continue to create whenever inspiration strikes! 🖌️
We are so honored to witness Sharon’s Live A Dream come true. It serves as a beautiful reminder that no dream is too big or too small to pursue. Whether it’s discovering a hidden talent, revisiting a favorite pastime, or simply trying something new for the very first time, every moment of joy is worth celebrating. 💜

Meet Our Life Enrichment Director: Rebecca! 💙

For 11 years, Rebecca has been a familiar, smiling face at Cumberland Pointe. Her journey from Life Enrichment Assistant to Life Enrichment Director is a testament to her incredible work ethic and her deep love for our residents. Rebecca leads with a true servant’s heart. For her, this is more than a career—it is a passion. She finds joy in the small moments and works tirelessly to ensure every resident feels at home and full of purpose. Whether she is planning a major event or sharing a quiet conversation, her goal is always the same: leading with love.
Outside of the campus, Rebecca is always on the go! She loves:
• Traveling and seeking out new adventures. ✈️
• Catching the excitement of live sporting events.
• Most importantly, making memories with her children and grandchildren.

Meet Carla, our incredible Director of Rehab! 🌟

Carla’s journey in healthcare is a testament to her dedication and heart. She started as a rehab tech in 2003 and has spent her entire career serving in skilled nursing facilities. A proud graduate of USI and IU Kokomo, Carla joined our Trilogy family back in 2013 and stepped into her leadership role here at Cumberland Pointe in November 2025. 🏥✨
For Carla, the work is all about independence and connection.
"Every resident I have worked with has brought light to what I do," Carla says. "They’ve taught me about life, love, and patience, helping me grow into the therapist I am today. Working at Cumberland Pointe is a blessing—we all share a common goal of promoting quality of life for our residents."
Outside the clinic, Carla is just as busy!
💍 She’s been married to her husband for over 20 years (they met online!).
⚜️ She served as a Scout Leader for over a decade, mentoring her two sons and local youth.
🧶 In her free time, you’ll find her crafting, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying quality time with her family.
We are so lucky to have Carla’s leadership and passion on our team.

Our dining room was transformed into a scene of pure elegance for our Spring Formal Dinner! From the shimmering decorations to the beautiful floral arrangements, the atmosphere was absolutely magical.
Our residents enjoyed a truly gourmet experience with a menu that was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. The evening didn't end with the last bite, though—the music kept the energy high and the smiles even brighter!
It was wonderful to see everyone dressed in their best, sharing laughs, and creating wonderful new memories together. Thank you to everyone who made this elegant evening so special! 🌸🎶🍽️

🍌National Banana Day🍌
Nothing beats a sweet treat shared with great company! Yesterday, our residents, families, and staff went totally bananas for National Banana Day. Between the delicious banana pudding parfaits and Bob Evans’ famous banana bread, there was plenty to smile about! It was a wonderful day spent with our favorite bunch.

The Heart of Our Home: Meet Allie ❤️

They say life comes full circle, and for Allie, our Director of Social Services, that couldn't be truer.
Allie’s journey began as an intern at Creasy Springs, fueled by a Purdue degree and a simple mission: to serve her community. Over the years, she’s grown from a student learner into a compassionate leader. Whether she was navigating the world of marketing or leading a Memory Care team, her heart always pulled her back to Social Services.
Today, we are so lucky to have her "home" at Cumberland Pointe. To Allie, this isn't just a job—it’s about building a bridge between our residents and the care they deserve. 🏥✨
When she isn't advocating for our families, she’s cherishing her own. Allie and her college sweetheart, Braiden, are busy raising two beautiful children, Cohen and Mara. Between hosting family game nights and capturing life’s fleeting moments through her photography, Allie reminds us all that life is best spent surrounded by the people we love. 📸🎲

We are thrilled to introduce Courtney, who has stepped into an exciting new role as our Admissions Coordinator!
While she’s a fresh face in this position, Courtney is a longtime member of the Trilogy family. With four years of dedication already under her belt, she’s bringing her experience and passion for service to this new chapter. Here’s a little bit from Courtney on what drives her: "I’ve been with Trilogy for 4 years and absolutely love being part of a team that truly makes a difference. Building relationships and supporting families in our community is the best part of what I do! Outside of work, I’m a busy mom to my sweet daughter, Genevieve, and I recently married my husband, Gary—such a fun and exciting new chapter for us! When I’m not working, you can usually find me in the kitchen trying new recipes or getting a good workout in. I’m so thankful to be part of a company that feels like family and allows me to do what I love every day!" 😊

Whether she’s navigating complex care plans, supporting a family through a transition, or being a fierce advocate for our residents' well-being, Liz’s expertise is matched only by her heart. ❤️
When she’s off the clock:
Ultimate Sports Mom: You’ll find her coaching from the sidelines or cheering from the bleachers for her two amazing daughters, Olivia (16) and Ella (13). She is officially their #1 fan!
Quiet Moments: On the rare occasion things quiet down, Liz loves to recharge by curling up with a good book.
