We’ve got exciting news! Nikki Rattinger will be teaching a 75 minute “pop up” Hot Power Vinyasa next Tuesday July 1st at 4:30 pm.

This is a Bikram-inspired dynamic flow for all levels that emphasizes strength, flexibility and continuous movement, synchronized with breath. It’s a slightly faster pace and offers opportunities to explore more challenging postures.

As Nikki says, “Finding balance does not have to be a struggle; it can be fun and sweaty!”

It wasn’t just Father’s Day yesterday - it was the 2 year anniversary for Palm Beach Hot Yoga! 🥳🥳 We are so grateful for our yoga community who has been with us every step of the way, making this possible.
Thank you to our students, to our wonderful teachers and a big thank you to Rosie for making her vision a reality.
We will be celebrating all summer long- and can’t wait to see you in the hot room! 💕🦩💕

Our summer schedule starts tomorrow, May 12th!
We’ve got hot Pilates every day at 8:15 am, and yin yoga with Scott now Sunday AND Tuesday at 6 pm. Note that the 6:30 pm classes are now at 6 pm.
