Dr. Patricia is a Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to supporting families through precise, nervous system-centered chiropractic care. She is Webster Certified and an active member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with advanced training in prenatal and postpartum
support.

Dr. Patricia specializes in caring for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, babies, and growing families. Her clinical approach combines skilled chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Drop T able, and Activator techniques with an understanding of how the nervous system influences adaptation, development, and overall wellbeing.

Before joining Above Down Chiropractic, Dr. Patricia founded and operated her own family-focused practice, where she developed a deep commitment to creating calm, supportive environments for patients and building meaningful relationships within the community.

Outside of practice, Dr. Patricia enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and being outdoors with her husband and their two dogs, Yogi and Brody. She believes that when individuals feel supported and connected to their health, they are able to show up more fully in every area of life.

We are swaddle haters because we are nervous system lovers!

Not to mention our least favorite diagnosis, plagiocephaly “flat head syndrome” is correlated with swaddle use. And let me tell you, mamas. Reversing that is TOUGH. Not even a helmet will fully resolve it and you will be in our office for 2-3 months multiple times per week to try to address it. You and your baby would be much better off seeing us to help their spine and fascia move properly *preventively* than addressing a set-in pattern of dysfunction like plagiocephaly.

As always, parents- you do you for your family! We are here to educate.

Perspective: a true “well visit” is one where your doctor is trying to keep your baby well and promote health from the inside out. Synthetic pharmaceuticals is not wellness. It’s disease management at best: outside-in. At our practice we promote healing from ABOVE DOWN INSIDE OUT ✌️ through improving adaptability of the nervous system, the MAC DADDY SYSTEM responsible for coordinating all healing and growth in the human body.

Thats why you will see babies at our office. Obviously it’s not because they have a golf injury. But one day they will and we will be here for that too 😊

PSOAS “so-as” release during pregnancy is so important for balancing the pelvis and preparing the body for birth! It’s also a major cause of pain in the low back and sacrum.

We check this at every prenatal visit ✅ it’s a vital peice of the birth prep process!
