Florida’s policymakers have taken steps to expand access to treatments, helping to support continuity of care. Let’s continue working to remove barriers and build a mental health system that meets patients’ needs.

💚 Mental Health Matters 💚

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Rest, boundaries, movement, hydration, therapy, connection — it all counts as self-care.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, give yourself permission to pause and recharge.
