Me: “I’ve been doing so well. Breathing through my triggers. Healing my inner child.”
Also me (5 seconds later): “Or… I could verbally body slam them into next week.” 😌

Sometimes personal growth means walking away.
Other times it means walking away while clenching your jaw and praying for peace. 😅

But forreal if you’ve ever felt like you’re one petty comment away from crashing out, that doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re aware.
And that awareness is step one in therapy, nervous system work, and emotional regulation.

Ever feel anxious when things finally slow down?

That’s not weird—it’s your nervous system doing what it thinks is normal.
If you’ve spent years in survival mode, stress and chaos start to feel like home.
So when you finally rest… your body panics.

You’re not broken. You’re just conditioned. And you can unlearn it.

Start small:
💛 Take two deep breaths.
💛 Put your hand on your chest and feel it rise.
💛 Do one thing instead of five.

Let your body know that calm is safe again.
It won’t happen overnight—but it will happen.
