Give this total body workout a go! ๐Ÿ„๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
3-4 rounds of 10-12 reps per movement. Yes, per side as well ๐Ÿ˜˜

๐ŸŒบ Squat and rotate: stand with your feet about shoulder distance, apart with one dumbbell in your hands. Send your hips down and back as you squat, and then as you come up, youโ€™re going to rotate to one side. Keep your core, nice and engaged to get the most out of this exercise. Repeat on the other side.

๐ŸŒบ lateral + curtsy lunge: this one is a doozy so feel free to just do a lateral or curtsy lunge if youโ€™re just starting out. Take a big step out to the side and sit your hips back. You should feel a stretch in your inner thigh and then come up. Then, youโ€™re going to take the same foot that just went out to the side behind and across to your other side. Return to the start and finish your reps on one side before switching.
๐ŸŒบ incline bench DB press: set your bench up on a slight incline, and then lay on your back with a set of dumbbells in your hands. Begin with your arms all the way straight with your dumbbells above your chest before lowering to briefly tap your chest and then go back up.
๐ŸŒบ gorilla rows: begin by setting two kettle bells on the ground in front of you. Send your hips back and maintain a tight core with an upright torso. Grab the kettle bells and pull one up toward your rib cage before releasing. I want you to think about using your shoulder blade to initiate the movement so that we get the most back muscle development.

๐ŸŒบ optional: 200-400m jog or 1-2 minutes of cardio after each round.

๐ŸŒบ Building a balanced meal is the key to success when it comes to nutriton. Especially if you're just starting out!
๐ŸŒบ Your needs will determine how much food you should have in a day, but a good rule of thumb is usually 1-2 palm-sized servings of protein + 1-2 cupped handfuls of carbs + 1-2 fist-sized servings of veggies + 1-2 thumb-sized servings of fats per meal.
