Hey! Don’t be scared! Cups are just here to help!

I’ve gotten the feedback lately that cupping “looks scary”- and I get it! When I first started I thought it would be too easy to cause injury on my clients with these things. However, as soon as I plopped one on myself, I realized how gentle it is! Imagine a weak sucker fish. 🐠 Of course the pressure in The cups can get pretty serious, but each level of intensity is very intentionally reached, and is NEVER left on if there is any real discomfort (which happens from time to time, I won’t lie!).

Their actual function obviously comes from this suction- pulling the layers of your tissues down to the muscle up and off of each other, unsticking them from each other and allowing fresh, oxygenated blood to flow between them and nourish the issues in your tissues!! They also have functions in reconnecting and strengthening the energy pathways that reside in the complete line of you, known as meridians.

All in all, these amazing (and ancient) tools are wayyyy les trouble than they’re worth- in fact, they have saved my hands and are one of the main reasons I’m able to share this healing work today. So come get it!! Experience new results in your joints and tissues that you’ve been daydreaming of…😴💭
