That new knee is putting in work!
Fresh off a total knee replacement and already making moves to regain that full active range of motion—because we don’t wait for the magic to happen, we make it happen!

Progress starts before the session even begins. Prepping the joint, loosening up, and getting that knee ready to bend like it means it.

Shoutout to all our go-getters grinding for that 0-120° club!
