Are you ready to start a 6 week pilates challenge with me that will lead us right up to SPRING BREAK!!! ☀️ Yes bikini season is right around the corner so let’s get to it!!!!

I am launching a 6 week virtual zoom Pilates mat session. Sessions are 45 minutes on Tuesday at 12:00 with me!
If you can’t make it no big deal you will have access to the recorded session all week because I not only want you to do it once but twice. ✌️ I will give you the accountability and check in if you have any questions and be sure you get the work in.

I just ask you have a mat/towel ready and your smart device to watch my video. We will be working the full-body while we challenge your core strength and stability.
