is seeking “Before & After” Models for transformative facial aesthetic treatments by the talented Cristina Monaco, PA-C. Monaco has over a decade of aesthetic experience and prides herself on safety and the latest aesthetic techniques.
We are seeking models to update or social media platforms and website.
TREATMENTS:
💉Rejuvenate with Neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau) at $200 per area (originally $325). Two or more areas are required. Treatment areas include forehead, around eyes, between eyes, TMJ, chin, lip flip, bunny lines, and/or full neck. Each area listed counts as ONE single area.
👄 Restore volume with Dermal Fillers at $597 per syringe (originally $850). Treatment areas include lips, cheeks, jawline, and/or chin.
PLEASE NOTE:
*must agree to be on all social media platforms including website
*must sign all consent forms including social media release
*must pay on date of service
*no previous aesthetic treatments within 6 months for neurotoxin
*no previous aesthetic treatments within 9 months for dermal filler
*must send (3) photos (front facing & and two side photos) to be considered
*must be available Feb. 22, 2024 or Feb. 23, 2034
