3 years ago I moved back to the east coast and began the journey as a business owner! Started off with next to nobody and doing free pop ups and going from gym to gym to see how I could gain clients. Fast forward I was reconnected into seemingly my heritage in equestrian sports both polo and show jumping. I always had my baseball and football background which helped diversify my clientele! 3 years later I love my job and what PhysioPlus has grown into. I quite literally have the best clients in the world and there is never a dull moment! I found a new home with and they definitely keep me on my toes 🤣. From professional and Olympic equestrians to CrossFit competitor, professional baseball and football players to Ironman athletes and everyone in between it has and will continue to be my favorite thing to help you get back to doing the things you love! I can’t wait to see how PhysioPlus grows and am excited to continue bringing you all the most effective up to date treatment strategies! Here’s to 3 years and cheers to many more!

She grew up riding and competing in Canada and on the West Coast. She was recruited to ride for the University of Georgia 🐶and during her four years on the team she was part of a National Championship and a SEC championship🏆🏆. After finishing her B.S.Ed in Exercise Science, she went on to coach at Southern Methodist University while she completed her Masters in Business Administration. 📣CLIENT SPOTLIGHT📣 Addy Cord is a professional rider 🐎and trainer at Halcyon Show Stables based in Litchfield, CT, and Wellington, FL. She is originally from Loomis, CA, and grew up competing in hunters, jumpers, and equitation on the West Coast. She was recruited to ride on the NCAA Division 1 Equestrian Team at the University of Georgia. At UGA🐶, Addy earned an impressive three SEC Championship Titles, All American Awards, and an Individual National Championship🥇🏆. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry👩🏼‍🔬, she moved to the East Coast to pursue her professional equestrian career. With previous neck, shoulder, and back injuries, Addy sees Dr. Corbin at PhysioPlus each week and receives many manual therapy techniques including Dry needling 💉, Cupping, and joint manipulations to increase mobility⬆️ and decrease pain⬇️ with taxing nature of being a professional equestrian!

🔥2024 🔥was an amazing year for PhysioPlus➕ and it’s all because of the most amazing clientele! I truly love my job and love coming to work and being challenged with different types of athletes from professional equestrians🐎 to high level CrossFit athletes🏋🏽 and everything in between! My name is Katie Yska and I am a 39 year old mother of two wild kids. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Fitness has been most important in my life from an early age, but struggling with my weight has also been my issue since childhood. After having children, I realized how important it was to keep priority on my health, and committed to this lifestyle in 2018 and lost 100lbs in the process🤯. But like all of us, I am human, and tore my hip labrum somewhere along the way🥹. I felt lost, with little options and surgery seemed too severe for me. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🔥: Ericka Koscinski began riding at her family-owned Salt River Farm. From a young age, Ericka proved successful in the hunter ring. When the opportunity presented itself, she took a working student position with Jim Toon to expand her knowledge in the jumper and equitation ring. After a successful junior career, Ericka secured herself a position on the Auburn Equestrian Team, where she helped lead them to two National Championships, three South Eastern Conference Championships, and two consecutive undefeated regular seasons. After her successful career at Auburn, Ericka decided to continue her equestrian career by joining Capital Hill Show Stables. She utilizes PhysioPlus➕ weekly during the winter to keep her body in championship shape while battling a grueling WEF season!

Cassie spends her summer and fall seasons surrounded by the ocean’s most interactive and playful wildlife, while bringing people with her to experience the beauty of our natural world. She promotes respectful ecotourism and conservation for the planet, while providing people with life changing experiences.
During the winter and spring seasons, she can be found loving on and caring for some of the top level equestrian athletes in the show jumping sport. She grew up riding horses, and showed & took care of her own horses in a small barn on her family’s property through high school.
Cassie moved to South Florida in 2015 to groom during WEF seasons, and her passion for the underwater world began while scuba diving on her day off each week.
➕➕Cassie was initially seen for a groin and hip flexor injury where we treated it initially with manual techniques like low grade mobilizations and dry needling then moved into light isometric exercises which we progressed to functional activities for a full recovery!
