Salad with tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, almonds and pumpkin seeds

Snack-
Watermelon, blackberries and blueberries

Took less than 15 minutes to prepare.

Goood morninggg! Get up and get moving.
Here’s a quick 20 minute workout
Complete as many rounds as possible
5 Burpees
10 Pushups
15 Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
25 Jumping Jacks
Complete all 5 exercises to finish 1 round
