A Spring Equinox Integration: Embracing Your Authentic Light

✺ On this evening, we gather in sacred space to shed the layers of old patterns, soften resistance, & connect with the authentic truth of who we are.

❀ , Breath Work & Embodiment Coach, , Licensed Therapist, Intuitive Guide, & Sound Bath Facilitator, & , Mental Health Counselor & Empath Empowerment Coach, will be collaborating & leading everyone through an immersive journey designed to help your body release what it has been holding & gently awaken the light that is ready to shine through.

• Somatic Breathwork to open the body & release stored emotion & tension connected to the past
• A Resistance Release Ritual to identify & transform internal blocks

As men, we are conditioned from day one to do anything BUT express what is truly going on within us. This has led to endless destruction, not only of the man himself but of the world around him.

Each and every man living today has an opportunity to break that cycle.

We owe it not only to ourselves, but to future generations to begin to build an inner world within ourselves that can nurture and support a loving outer world.

This can only begin by being honest with ourselves and openly expressing what is on our heart and in our mind.

The Roundtable is a space for open and honest discussion, all are welcome to share or simply be present and not share at all.

Moringa seeds for days!! Known historically as the “Miracle Tree”, Moringa has a bounty of health benefits including treating upset stomachs, protecting the liver, nourishing the hair and skin, antioxidant, anti inflammatory, fighting food borne and bacterial infections and even speeding up the healing process of injuries!! We are so blessed here in South Florida that Moringa trees absolutely thrive in hot, humid climates and literally grow almost an inch every day during the summer… Each if these pods hold 15 to 20 seeds!! I will be drying all of these seeds to propagate and plant around the neighborhood, let me know if you want one or five for your home our neighborhood!

Our Reiki healing circles have been well received so we are now adding them on the weekly schedule! Starting on Monday 5/2 we will be hosting Reiki healing circles every Monday at 6:45pm! These are included in all memberships and packages so this is a great reset to start your week! If you are not familiar with Reiki, it is an ancient energy healing practice originally developed in Japan. The best way to describe it is like receiving an energetic massage.
