What are your thoughts? Def want to start a conversation here. We get so overloaded because of how we process energy so that until the info is processed we still in the experience trying to integrate everything that happeed, what was said, how it was said, who and what etc. This can be happening consciously or unconsciously and if unconsciously the more we get burdened by the environment because a part of us know we will have to do the work somehow so its like adding piles and piles to be processed which drains our energy.
