Before recovery, stress often shows up as reacting, avoiding, or pushing through at all costs. In recovery, there is space to pause, make intentional choices, and respond with care instead of survival mode.

Everyone, meet Kinda, our new Clinical Supervisor at ARIA Florida – Boca Raton 💙

Kinda works in substance abuse and mental health treatment because she believes healing is possible—even after profound trauma, loss, and adversity. Her passion is walking alongside individuals as they rebuild their lives, rediscover their strengths, and learn healthier ways to cope and thrive.

Her approach is holistic and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with mind-body awareness. Recognizing that addiction is often rooted in unresolved trauma held in both the mind and body, she has pursued EMDR training and continues to expand her clinical knowledge through ongoing study.

One of her greatest motivators is helping individuals heal from complex, layered trauma—work that continually pushes her to grow as a clinician.

Outside the office, her favorite self-care practice is blasting Soca and old-school R&B and singing at the top of her lungs in the car

We’re grateful to welcome Kinda to the ARIA team and inspired by her commitment to healing mind, body, and spirit.
