FoundCare is honored to be officially recognized by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners during their proclamation of October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to early detection, education, and compassionate care, especially for underserved communities.

Last week, FoundCare, alongside the Promise Fund, proudly held a ribbon-cutting for our newly expanded Women’s Health Program at our Yolette Bonnet Center in West Palm Beach! 💜💙

Thanks to the generous support of PromiseFund, women in our community now have greater access to breast and cervical cancer screenings. This expansion marks an important step in making lifesaving care available to those who need it most.

As our CEO, Christopher Irizarry, stated: “If we have to move a million mountains to save women, we will.”

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Nancy Brinker, the Promise Fund team, local leaders, community partners and everyone who joined us to celebrate this milestone.

FoundCare, together with our deeply valued partnership with the PromiseFund 💜, is pleased to announce the expansion of breast and cervical cancer screenings to a second FoundCare location at the Yolette Bonnet Center in West Palm Beach. This expansion brings patient navigation services and follow-up care to more women in Palm Beach County, especially those facing barriers such as income, insurance, or transportation 💗💙

We are now ready to schedule appointments for screenings.

Our Palm Springs office will reopen Saturday, August 30.
All offices will be closed Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day.
