Sleep is not a luxury — it’s essential for healing, energy, and mental clarity.
Create a peaceful routine that signals your body it’s time to rest.

🌿 1. Set a Consistent Bedtime
Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day—even on weekends.

📵 2. Power Down Electronics
Turn off phones, TV, and tablets at least 30–60 minutes before bed to calm your mind.
