Being at the Eudomonia Summit in West Palm Beach reminded me why I keep showing up to these gatherings. I get to reconnect with the friends I mostly see at conferences, peeps who have become my "ConFam", my safety circle, and the ones who uplift me in all the ways that matter.

This summit has been especially meaningful. The conversations with quantum-aware founders and innovators have expanded my thinking and deepened my understanding in ways I didn’t expect. I’m leaving with new insights, renewed inspiration, and a profound gratitude for the community that forms around this work.

There’s something powerful about learning alongside people who speak your language and hold space for your growth. I’m grateful for every moment.

Just wrapped up an inspiring few days at the Vibrant Longevity Summit in Barton Creek, Texas. The neurology and cardiology tracks delivered outstanding speakers, interesting insights, and the chance to explore Vibrant Wellness technology and truly revolutionary innovation. Even better, I got to connect with brilliant colleagues from the US and UK and walked away with new friends and fresh opportunities.

I'm so thrilled to see how the Rebels of Aging series has grown. the CEO of is a true visionary and can-do leader, very proud to work with her and the ever-inventive wellness industry powerhouse .

I have loved sharing the stage with brilliant minds and standing behind the scenes as Chief Medical Officer of L’Évive... the momentum is energising and hopeful!

We’re not just talking about longevity, we’re building a movement. A community of people who refuse to accept “normal” aging, who are curious, brave, and ready to rewrite what healthspan can look like. Ask bigger questions everyone and have fun doing it! I know I am learning every day.

Spent the better part of a week in Perth with family, kicking off my Australia-wide and Auckland speaking tour. A very nice break from moving every 4 days in Europe the last month!

Grateful to Chris, Nikole and their 3 kids Lucas, Elise and Josie for their incredible and generous hospitality, for all the laughs and great food. Thanks to my partner Andrew for flying out from Chicago to accompany me on the speaking tour, for trying to keep me hydrated and fed (I always forget!).

To the incredible new friends that took Brian Kennedy and I out for the day exploring Swan Valley - Mark, Lincoln.

Thank you to Jodi and the wonderful team at Revital Health for the fireside chat event (a great warm up for my tour), fellowship and loan of a coat! Lovely catching up with the team from One Base Health, it has been too long Andrew and Faye!

Andrew and I were honoured and eternally grateful to Prof Ralph Martins for the full work-up at Alzheimer’s Research Australia and the eye-opening tour and discussions into cutting-edge dementia research.

The universe has a way...

In the 30 seconds I was outside my Paris apartment waiting to be let in by the landlord, someone familiar walked past.

"Lucian?" I called out tentatively.

Yup... the mastermind behind .et is in town, just two doors down from me, on a random street in Paris. I know Lucian and Tatiana Tarnowski from Ibiza, so this was quite the shock.

To then further find out that a new friend I met at the Oct Space Cowboy ball in Houston, whose 50th I'm attending in a couple of days, also works with Tatiana, is just 🤯

I highly recommend the Costa Rica UP Game in December ... I'll be there to soak up the rainforest, sound baths, be in fellowship with good human beings I learn from, and enjoy the cosmic journey.

My first New Worlds conference, and it was awesome! Held at the NASA Space Center in Houston, allowing delegates access to be completely immersed in all things space.

The talks were well curated and expertly executed. There was not just science and tech... there was a lot of heart as well, and we were treated to performances by Ravé Mehta, .world and
