Meet Izzy…our December Teacher Feature ✨

With two childhood heart surgeries, for most of her life, movement felt off-limits. Today, is a transformed powerhouse, bringing a level of focus, precision, + heart to our studio that you can feel from the moment you step on your mat 💕

Classically trained, deeply grounded, + only 19 years old… her journey into movement + teaching has been anything but typical. Don’t let her classical foundation fool you… Izzy keeps things spicy 🌶️

Her classes blend traditional Pilates technique with just the right amount of burn… especially when it comes to the glutes 🍑
You’ll sweat, you’ll shake, + you’ll definitely vibe out to her amazing playlist while she encourages you to keep going!
