✨ wear your costume to any class on oct 31
✨ each teacher will pick a winner based on creativity + imagination

Prizes include:
spa sessions, classes for yourself or a friend, or smoothies + nutrition kitchen snacks!

Plus… trick or treat candy after class 🎃

Join .yoga for Buttery Hips, a two-hour workshop designed to help you unlock deeper strength, flexibility, + fluidity in your hips. We’ll explore functional movement, mobility drills, + yoga based techniques that bring more ease into both your practice + your daily life.

K**a Flight blends Acro Yoga, Thai massage, + partner dance into one lyrical body–mind experience… practiced on massage tables.

What to expect:
✨ 12:30–2:30 PM | Class (learn 20+ foundational moves step-by-step with two instructors)
✨ 2:30–4:30 PM | Community Jam (included with your ticket)

New Foundations class added on Mondays 9:30am with (in the bigger studio!)

🌞 Power Vinyasa on Tuesday + Thursdays is now at 8:15am for our morning mamas!

💪 Yoga Sculpt
on Wednesdays 9:30am is now taught by

🔥 Hot Mat Pilates
New Hot Mat Pilates class added to Thursdays 5pm with

⚡ Power Vinyasa
with on Fridays… time changed to 6pm!
